Privacy policy
Effective October 8, 2026
The short version
exdate has no accounts and doesn’t store anything you type. All calculations run in your browser, so the numbers you enter never leave your device. We don’t set cookies of our own. The ads on this site are served by Google, which may use cookies as described below.
What you type into the calculators
Every calculator runs entirely in your web browser. Amounts, dates and other inputs are not sent to us or anyone else, and they are not saved. When you close or reload the page, they are gone. “Copy results” puts text on your own clipboard; “Save as PDF” uses your browser’s print window. Neither sends anything to us.
Hosting and visit counts
The site is hosted by Cloudflare. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes standard request information, such as your IP address, browser type and the page requested, to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits. It does not use cookies or track you across other sites, and it gives us only totals, such as page views and the countries visitors come from.
Advertising by Google
We use Google AdSense to show ads. This is how it works:
- Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this website or other websites.
- Google’s use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visits to this site and/or other sites on the internet.
- You can opt out of personalized advertising in Google’s Ads Settings. You can also opt out of some third-party vendors’ use of cookies for personalized advertising at www.aboutads.info.
- If you don’t allow personalized ads, Google may still show non-personalized ads, which use cookies or similar technology for things like limiting how often you see an ad and preventing fraud.
To learn more, read How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services. We don’t receive the personal information Google collects. We only see totals, such as how many ads were shown.
Consent and your choices
If you visit from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, you will see a consent message from Google before any ads are personalized. Visitors from US states with privacy laws can opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information for targeted advertising through the same tool. You can change your choice at any time with the Your privacy choices link at the bottom of every page.
US state privacy rights
Residents of California and other US states with consumer privacy laws have rights over their personal information, including the right to know what is collected, to ask for it to be deleted, and to opt out of its sale or sharing for targeted advertising. exdate itself doesn’t collect personal information from calculator use. Advertising cookies set by Google may count as “sharing” under some state laws; use the Your privacy choices link or Google’s Ads Settings to opt out. For any other request, email us and we will respond within the time the law requires.
If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you write. We use it only to reply, and we don’t add you to any list.
Children
This site is not directed at children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect personal information from them.
Changes to this policy
If we change how the site handles information, we will update this page and the effective date at the top.
